  2. Nominated for an Academy Award for Best Documentary in 2013, this may be the best documentary about the occupation so far.  It follows a resident of Bil’in who had been filming the village’s demonstrations against the separation barrier.


  3. Promises

  4. Israeli Director B.Z. Goldberg interviews Israeli and Palestinian children who express their attitudes about the conflict, the occupation, and each other.  Nominated for an Academy Award.


  5. Budrus 

  6. Just Vision produced this film that documents the nonviolent struggle of one Palestinian village against the Israeli separation barrier that threatened to cut off the village from its lands.


  7. Encounter Point

  8. Just Vision’s first documentary that chronicles Israeli and Palestinian efforts to collaborate through nonviolent activism and the obstacles that often hamper their efforts.


  9. Peace, Propaganda, and the Promised Land

  10. This Media Education Foundation production discusses the distorted way that the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is presented in the mainstream US news media.

  12. American director James Longley (Iraq in Fragments) documents the struggles of Palestinian children in Gaza during the Second Intifada.
